Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a supportive environment assisting with student interactions regarding insurance plans and reimbursements. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume tasks which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant-Reimbursements
**Location:** New York, NY
**Pay Range:** $27-32 per hour
What's the Job?
+ Assist with 50-100 student interactions daily regarding offered insurance plans and reimbursements.
+ Manage high volume email requests efficiently and accurately.
+ Utilize Google Sheets and the Google Suite of products to maintain organized records.
+ Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
+ Communicate effectively with students and team members to resolve inquiries and issues.
What's Needed?
+ Extensive experience with Google Sheets and the Google Suite of products.
+ Proven ability to manage high volume email requests.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience in handling confidential information.
+ Nice to have: Insurance experience and proficiency with Concur, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
