Our client, a global leader in data center sustainability and operations, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Sustainability and Compliance Department supporting the Data Center Electrical Compliance and Certification Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a passion for sustainability, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Program Manager
**Location:** Remote (PST hours preferred)
**Pay Range:** $60-65/hr
What’s the Job?
+ Drive certification efforts for electrical standards in Microsoft data centers (e.g., ISO, EN, EU regulations)
+ Analyze energy-related data to identify gaps and develop remediation plans
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sustainability, and compliance
+ Manage program schedules, status reports, and stakeholder communications
+ Support regulatory compliance initiatives and reporting for electrical systems
What’s Needed?
+ 8–10 years of experience in program management, preferably in construction, architecture, or regulatory compliance
+ Experience with ISO50001, EN50600, ISO40001, and other EU energy standards
+ Proficiency in Office Products, Kusto, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint (2–3 years each)
+ Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn concepts like thermodynamics and electrical systems
+ Ability to formulate and manage plans, with a track record of driving results
