Our client is seeking a Senior Automation Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS including batch and continuous process control. This is a permanent position.
**Job Title:** Senior DeltaV Programmer/Automation Specialist
**Location:** Onsite - Spokane, WA
What's the Job?
+ Lead programming, configuration, and optimization of Emerson DeltaV DCS systems.
+ Develop and modify live graphics, control modules, and batch strategies.
+ Perform factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and on-site commissioning/startup.
+ Mentor and support junior DeltaV team members; review and approve their work.
+ Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex DCS issues.
What's Needed?
+ 6+ years of hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS, including batch and continuous process control.
+ Strong proficiency with DeltaV Configuration Studio, Control Studio, and Live Graphics.
+ Deep understanding of process control concepts, instrumentation, and industrial communication protocols.
+ Experience with project delivery processes, including requirements definition, implementation, and validation.
+ Ability to lead technical discussions and project scopes with clients and internal teams.
