Our client, a leader in digital label printing solutions, is seeking a Technical Support & Product Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Support & Product Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department, providing essential assistance to clients utilizing advanced digital label printers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong technical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Technical Support & Product Specialist
**Location:** Milpitas, CA
**Pay Range:** $26.00-30.00/hr
What's the Job?
+ Provide front-line phone support for customers using digital label printers.
+ Guide customers through the installation process of their equipment.
+ Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
+ Document customer interactions and track problem-solving processes.
+ Conduct product training for customers and resellers as needed.
What's Needed?
+ Strong communication skills to effectively assist and educate customers.
+ Technical knowledge of industrial inkjet color printers and related software.
+ Ability to document and track customer interactions accurately.
+ Willingness to travel to client sites and trade shows (10%-20% of the time).
+ Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not required.
