Our client, a manufacturer of hose and tube assembly machines, is seeking a Service Technician to join their team. As a Service Technician, you will be part of the technical support team, providing essential service and customer support. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a result-oriented attitude, and a passion for teamwork, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Service Technician
**Location:** Acton, MA
**Pay Range:** $60,000 - $70,000
What's the Job?
+ Provide service and customer support via phone and on-site visits.
+ Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks in collaboration with the technical team in Italy.
+ Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
+ Prepare and submit reports regarding repair activities for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty equipment.
+ Conduct tutorials and training sessions related to service and technical support.
What's Needed?
+ Basic industrial/mechanical knowledge, preferably in the hydraulic sector.
+ Availability to travel to Europe for technical training and across North America for machine installations.
+ Located in or around Acton, MA.
+ 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or a technical department.
+ A willingness to embrace challenges and grow with the company.
