Job Description
As a Senior Accessibility Specialist, youll be part of a 7-person team supporting global digital accessibility initiatives. Youll work closely with product teams to ensure digital experiences meet WCAG standards, especially as the team expands into the UK and EU regions. Your mornings will be focused on independent auditing and documentation, while afternoons will involve cross-functional meetings and collaboration. Youll guide teams through accessibility best practices across the full software development lifecycledesign, development, testingand help integrate accessibility into their workflows. Youll also be responsible for producing accessibility audits, authoring ACRs, and recommending compliant design/code solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about inclusive design.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Accessibility Specialist with the ability to work independently
Proven experience authoring VPATs/ACRs for enterprise web applications (WCAG 2.1 or 2.2)
Strong understanding of WCAG 2.2 techniques for websites
Experience working within Agile product squads
Proficient with accessibility testing tools such as WAVE, aXe, Microsoft Insights, Color Contrast Analyzer, etc.
Skilled in using screen readers including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, etc. Experience with mobile app accessibility techniques
IAAP Certifications (CPWA, CPACC, WAS) or US DHS 508 Trusted Tester Certification
Academic or professional background in Digital Accessibility, UX/UI, Digital Design, or Software Engineering
Familiarity with UI design patterns including SPAs, RIAs, and AI/chatbot interfaces null
