Job Description
A well-established, 70-year-old worldwide custom manufacturing company is seeking a Test Technician for permanent placement in in Arvada, CO on Day shift. The Test Technician will play a crucial role in working with Engineering to diagnose and solve mechanical problems on industrial pump and compressor equipment. Responsibilities include assembling and testing precision machine components, ensuring calibration and recording test data, interfacing with engineering and customers, performing maintenance on test stands, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Candidates will need to have experience with testing of mechanical equipment, blueprints/part diagrams, high productivity, willingness to work on 3-6 units a day, and training other employees as needed.
Advancement Opportunities: The position offers room for advancement within the company. Salaries are based on performance and experience. Optional overtime is available on weekends and holidays, and the opportunity to cross train into other positions. Employees are eligible for health and dental benefits on day one and can take advantage of a 401K with a 60% match up to 6% and tuition reimbursement for continued education. PTO includes 80 hours, plus 48 hours sick leave and 14 holidays per calendar year.

Skills and Requirements
High School diploma or GED
3-7+ years of experience testing and diagnosing industrial mechanical equipment, preferably pumps or compressors
Working experience with machine drawings, blueprints
Experience using and calibrating test stand equipment
Mathematical skills - Algebraic functions Centrifugal pump/compressor experience
Trade school null
