Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a motivated Top-Secret cleared Configuration Manager to join a federal client in San Antonio, Texas. Their main objectives are quality assurance, program requirement analysis, risk management, and contract closeout procedure in support of the program/PMO processes.

Responsibilities:

* Review and analyze the development/sustainment Contractor's CM program and data deliveries for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

* Maintain CM files including configuration identification, change control, and status accounting records.

* Convene and manage the Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), Technical Review Boards (TRBs), and record approved changes and results.

* Participate in cross-functional change control boards to evaluate proposed changes.

* Review and analyze proposed changes to ensure operational and sustainment capabilities are not adversely affected by the changes.

* Support pre- and post-contract award data reviews.

* Review and analyze the development/sustainment Contractor's conformance to CDRL requirements.

* Process Government and development/sustainment Contractor correspondence.

* Support the establishment of workflows.

* Track data item deliverables and responses.

Skills and Requirements

* Experience using Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint

* Experience with CONWRITE, CONIT or other associated tools.

* Experience using Microsoft Office tools

* Experience with FAR and/or DFAR processes

* Experience performing standard federal contract closeout procedures

* Experience performing cradle to grave contracting and buying procedures

* TS/SCI clearance null
