    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking two SOX Compliance Analysts for a Fortune 10 client with a high volume of work. These individuals will drive strategic and hands-on execution of SOX compliance processes across the enterprises digital and technology platforms. The analysts will serve as critical liaisons with internal teams and external auditors, managing ITGC testing, evidence validation, and issue remediation with minimal oversight.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and support ITGC testing activities, particularly around access management, terminations, provisioning, and change management

     

    Validate and assess audit evidence to ensure completeness, accuracy, and appropriate traceability to system sources (IPE validation)

     

    Coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve audit discrepancies, including missing documentation or ambiguous system access history

     

    Participate in systems scoping reviews to understand how data flows through claims and financial control systems

     

    Serve as a first-line reviewer of evidence and issue narratives prior to escalation to management or auditors

     

    Educate and support control owners on SOX requirements and audit preparedness

     

    Interface with cross-functional teams including legal, internal audit, risk, and IT to ensure audit alignment

    Compensation:

    $48-55/hour

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    o 5+ years in SOX compliance, ITGC testing, or technology audit

     

    o Strong experience supporting internal and external audit processes

     

    o 3+ years collaborating cross-functionally in complex corporate environments

    Skills:

    o Deep understanding of SOX 404, ITGC domains, and audit best practices

     

    o Familiarity with frameworks: NIST, ISO, HITRUST, HIPAA, PCI

     

    o Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

     

    o Experience with system traceability and IPE testing Certifications are a plus, but strongly preferred: CRISC, CISA, CISM, CGEIT

    Experience working at a large publicly traded bank or insurance company null
