    Job Description

    As the Director of Strategic Initiatives, you'll spearhead critical projects within the Controllership and Finance organization, engaging with global stakeholders and senior leaders. Your role will evolve with changing projects, requiring strong project management skills to ensure success. You'll manage projects from solution design to delivery, establish processes, controls, and metrics, apply governance standards consistently, engage and facilitate stakeholders at all levels, and lead a team of 3+ individuals.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 10+ years experience within process transformation and leading large scale initiatives within Accounting, Finance, Controllership, Auditing, Operational risk, or Reg Reporting

     

    - MBA in Business, Accounting, Finance

     

    - Leadership experience - people leading and stakeholder management

     

    - Experience with basic Accounting - CPA

     

    - Big 4 and/or consulting experience preferred but not required

    - Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with Technology to drive solutions null
