Job Description

Ryder Logistics is actively seeking an experienced Integration Architect to spearhead automation and integration efforts related to WMS system integration and warehouse automation. Experience with technologies such as AutoStore, Locus Robotics, GreyOrange, and Geek+ would be highly advantageous. This role involves evaluating, designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include defining technical requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and architecting scalable, repeatable solutions for complex logistics challenges. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing robust solution roadmaps, leveraging expertise in cloud technologies, system migrations, and integration methodologies. The focus will be on WMS integration and warehouse automation. It is crucial that the candidate has a solid understanding of business operations and can communicate effectively with developers, operations personnel, and executive stakeholders. Compensation Range: $65/hr to $75/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

15-20+ years of relevant experience within the IT space at enterprise level organizations, Specific experience leading high profile projects at the Architect level

Proven experience working in the 3PL/ Distribution Management industry has a strong business understanding of Operations

Specific experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) integrations OR Warehouse Automations such as AutoStore, Locus Robotics, GreyOrange, GeekProven experience leading integration architecture for high profile projects, Deep understanding of systems integration to design cohesive communication between systems.

Proven expertise with the Azure stack, showcasing proficiency in Priority Messaging Services, API Frontend-Backend, and Service Fabric/Compute Services. Kubernetes familiarity, emphasizing a deep understanding of the compute layer.

Strong background in data migration, cloud migration, and integration work, Extensive knowledge of IN-tier architecture for system architecture.

Extensive knowledge of IN-tier architecture for system architecture.

Deep understanding of systems integration to design cohesive communication between systems.

Familiarity with desktop virtualization, Citrix, and databases, particularly Oracle and SQL.

Expertise in API gateways, load balancers, and the implementation of network segmentation using cloud firewalls, VPN, and Express Routes.

Proficient in Active Directory and adept at communicating technical details to peers and higher-level leadership.

Comfortable with hands on scripting for automation efforts with SQL or Python

Technical knowledge and aptitude in the areas of networks, network topologies, warehouse execution systems, IoT technology and principles.

Leadership capabilities to guide teams in delivering commitments in security, infrastructure, and database management.

Strong troubleshooting skills/ Problem solving skills.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills this is a leadership role and highly collaborative. Preferred experience with Manhattan WMS Products (SCALE, WMOS, Active) null
