Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Human Capital Management (HCM) Coordinator to support our client onsite in Omaha, NE. This person will join the Field Support team that is responsible for providing front-end support for payroll and human capital management-related functions. The main focus of the HCM Coordinator assist, advise, guide, and support with all matters relating to onboarding new company employees. This individual can expect to utilize SAP regularly to make updates to personnel records and organizational structure, and ServiceNow for ticketing and conducting internal trainings. It is expected that all aspects of the HCM Coordinator's daily responsibilities promote company standards across all districts to ensure employees are provided fair and consistent onboarding processes.

Skills and Requirements
• One or more years of experience within Human Resources, specifically with employee onboarding, payroll, and organization management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated with a sense of urgency
• Extreme attention to detail
• Highly analytical mathematical and organizational skills
• Comfortability in a high volume, fast-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy · Degree in Business or related field
• SAP experience
• ServiceNow experience null
