Our client, a global leader in sustainable data center operations, is seeking a Program Manager – Technical Compliance to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Environmental Compliance & Sustainability department supporting the Data Center Efficiency and Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for sustainability, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Program Manager – Technical Compliance
**Location:** Remote (PST hours preferred)
**Pay Range:** $60-65/hr
What’s the Job?
+ Analyze data center operations against international energy and environmental standards
+ Collaborate with engineering, sustainability, and compliance teams to identify and close regulatory gaps
+ Drive initiatives to reduce water and power usage across global data centers
+ Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and stakeholder communications
+ Support certification efforts and ensure alignment with ISO and EU regulatory frameworks
What’s Needed?
+ 8–10 years of experience in program management, preferably in construction, architecture, or regulatory compliance
+ Familiarity with standards such as ISO50001, EN50600, ISO14001, and the European Energy Directive
+ 2–3 years of experience with Office Suite, Kusto, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint
+ Ability to understand technical concepts like thermodynamics and sustainability metrics
+ Strong organizational and communication skills with a results-driven mindset
