    Our Opportunity

     

    North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide overall office/administrative support for the Warehouse department.

     

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

     

    Your Priorities

     

    + Provides clerical support for all outbound shipments.

    + Maintain Plex, customer portals/websites, and spreadsheets to track key shipping operations.

    + Breakdown and create standards based on customer shipping, packaging, and staging manuals.

    + Manage and create instructions for scheduling and ASN transmissions for various customer websites.

    + Collaborate with Program Management, Engineering, and Customer Service to meet the shipping requirements of all pre-production orders.

    + Assist with data maintenance and employee training on all shipping processes.

    Requirements

    Your Background

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline, plus 0 to 2 years of experience in Administrative or a related position OR

    + Associate's Degree in Business or a related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of experience in Administrative or a related position OR

    + High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of experience in Administrative or a related position.

     

    Experience in a manufacturing and warehouse environment preferred.

     

    Salary Range: $40,000- $50,000
