Job Summary and Qualifications
JOB SUMMARY
The Product Analyst II is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating with IT teams, troubleshooting operational issues and constantly delivering value to our IT-Business customers.
The Product Analyst II will support applications and gain knowledge of specific areas. Exercising as a partner to our business owners, communicating effectively to various IT and business groups and collaborating in multiple complex IT-based solutions from beginning to end.
The Product Analyst II is expected to utilize strong analytical skills, effectively articulating risks and assist senior members of the team in reviewing and coordinating with architects, developers, quality assurance, application engineers, etc.
This position would benefit from having a background in Group Purchasing Organization and/or Supply Chain, specifically in the areas of contracting, data mastering, procurement, distribution, inventory control, and accounts payable in a healthcare setting. Finally yet importantly, experience in information technology.
Agile or scrum experience and SQL querying knowledge preferred.
The minimum 3 years of experience required can be with a combination of the items listed above. We are looking for great attitude and team fit.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Analysis and day to day operations:
+ Gathering and analyzing requirements
+ Collaborating with Product owners, senior PA’s and other teams. Assist in making recommendations for solutions
+ Researching and troubleshooting operational issues
+ Providing status and or proper communication
+ Supporting and monitoring SLA’S, ISAM maintenance, ad-hoc data extracts
+ Provide reporting as requested by business or customers
Project work:
+ Collaborating in projects as needed and or from beginning to end which includes roll out, release, post pilot training, etc.
+ Ensuring quality of delivery
+ Familiarity with various delivery processes SCRUM, Agile, etc.
+ Communicating with product owners and stakeholders before, during and after each project
General
+ Demonstrates a commitment to deliver great customer service and products of excellent quality.
+ Understands when issues have sensitive timelines and has a sense of urgency
+ Strive for continuous improvement through analysis and identification of areas to improve.
+ Provides thorough documentation and updates documents regularly
+ Adheres to the company’s policies and procedures
