    Our client is looking for a Network Administrator for a 6-month contract in Hillsboro, OR 97124 .

     

    Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

    Contract Duration: 6 months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + Bachelor's degree in area of specialty.

    + 3+ years physical touch experience working in enterprise data centers.

    + Physical Touch Datacenter Support, Rack/Stack, Cable, Logistics/Asset Management

    + Specifically in network cabling, cable management, rack/stack activities.

    + CCNA+ Certification

    What You Will Be Doing

    + Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks.

    + Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations.

    + Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan.

    + Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment.

    + Provides technical support and guidance to users.

    + Assists in the development and maintenance of network communications.

    + Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN systems to help design and install internal and external networks.

    + Tests and evaluates network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
