This includes tracking projects through key steps such as funding approvals and purchase order issuance to reduce overall cycle times and enable work to be executed within defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
What You’ll Do:
+ Monitor the progress of priority projects from initiation through execution, ensuring the timely issuance of purchase orders within established Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
+ Identify and interpret root causes of workflow delays and proactively address process inefficiencies.

+ Expedite the approval of funding and contract approvals by ensuring all necessary information is readily available for teams to review.
+ To proactively identify, address, and resolve data integrity issues and integration bugs that impact project progress.
+ Maintain and analyze a centralized project tracking system, collecting data on cycle times, performance metrics, and workflow efficiency.
+ Utilize BI dashboards and advanced tools to analyze and present project performance data, trends, and areas for improvement.
+ Extract and manipulate custom reports using platforms such as Quickbase, eBuilder, SAP, and SQL to support reporting needs and decision-making.

+ Resolve queries and address system-related issues that hinder project progress.
+ Engage with responsible stakeholders through effective communication to ensure prompt approvals and actions.
+ Escalate delays exceeding SLOs to leadership for resolution and follow through on corrective actions.
+ Prepare and deliver regular project reports that highlight progress, bottlenecks, and performance trends.
+ Leverage data-driven insights to identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions for enhanced project execution.
+ Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows and reduce cycle times for project approval
What You’ll Need:
+ 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or similar roles within construction, infrastructure, or hyperscale data center industries.
+ Advanced proficiency in data analysis using BI dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and SQL.
+ Exceptional analytical skills to process large, complex datasets and identify actionable insights.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
