    About the Role:

    As a CBRE Sales Analyst supporting the Affordable Housing Team, you will champion best practices, provide system and operations support, generate and monitor process control reports, in addition to other functions that will enable the team to meet objectives in an effective and efficient manner. Problem-solving, prioritization, and time management are required to succeed in this role.

    About Affordable Housing:

    CBRE Affordable Housing is a fully integrated Capital Markets group for multifamily affordable housing that includes investment sales, debt & structured finance, and investment banking all within one self-contained specialty practice. CBRE Affordable Housing is not only the #1 investment sales business in this market niche, but also one of the largest producers of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac preservation financing (non-bond).

    What you’ll do:

    + Learn, support, and drive the adoption of other broker technology and other systems and tools as required by the business.

    + Review and monitor department processes and procedures to identify opportunities to improve delivery service to internal and external customers. May network with external contacts to research and recommend best practices.

    + Assist in systems administration for specialized software utilized by the business group to support its operations.

    + Research and resolve routine support issues. Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries and requests from internal and external clients.

    + Assist in communication of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations.

    + Help facilitate process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issue identification and resolutions.

    + Ensure business plans, tracking reports, pursuit strategies, analyses, and various other scheduled and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and analyses are accurate and completed/delivered on time.

    + Partner with Research and Marketing in generating reports and supporting materials for Sales.

    What you’ll need:

    _To perform this job successfully, an individual must perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required._

     

    + Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university strongly preferred.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

    + Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

    + Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

    + Technically savvy with solid experience using sales database systems, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Outlook, social media, internet. Experience with Tableau and/or SQL preferred. Experience with SalesForce.com or comparable experience with similar CRM system preferred.
