About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultation for the Commercial Mortgage Loan & Securities Finance (CMLSF) chief operating officer team, within Commercial Real Estate. The CMLSF team specializes in financing mortgage REITs, debt funds, commercial real estate finance companies and other lenders’ acquisition/origination of commercial real estate loans.
In this role, you will:
+ Work collectively with the CMLSF team and support partner groups to fulfill reporting and project requirements.
+ Review regulatory, credit and operational risk policies to assist with updates and business level implementation.
+ Serve as a business liaison for all credit and compliance testing, both internal and external.
+ Work with Business Control Managers on SHRP issue identification and resolution.
+ Actively collaborating with the business to successfully achieve team goals and do what is right for the customer.
+ Prepare presentation materials and completing project deliverables.
+ Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
+ Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Prior Commercial Real Estate and Investment Banking experience
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Strong relationship management skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
