About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant who will sit in our TCOO (Technology for the Chief Operating Office) group. TCOO provides technology services for the Chief Operating Office. This Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant will be focused on the Unsecure Lending Agent Servicing and Unsecure Lending Operations Support space. The purpose of this space is to provide a user-friendly experience for Wells Fargo’s credit card customers. This includes account services such as balance transfers, payments, and account service support. This Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant will help to ensure we maintain focus on simplifying and digitizing services, while also supporting the launch of new cards and ensuring consistent service across all channels.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
+ Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
+ Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
+ Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
+ Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
+ Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems
+ Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
+ Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Required Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 7+ years of JIRA experience
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience working with Confluence
+ Strong experience compiling and preparing executive summaries and presentations for management and senior leaders
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Executive level facilitation experience
+ Ability to partner and engage stakeholders
+ Good project management, organization, and prioritization skills
+ Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry
+ Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
+ Experience presenting solutions to complex problems to leadership and senior executive levels
+ A BS/BA degree or higher
+ Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint) skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $262,600.00
