About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Lending Relationship Management Consultant to lead several private label client relationships through our Retail Services credit card program offering.
In this role, you will:
+ Manage relationships for large to complex and high-profile dealer accounts.
+ Develop and execute strategy, proposals, and initiatives with moderate supervision.
+ Optimize business opportunities and ensure dealer satisfaction.
+ Review and analyze profitability and risk of ongoing relationship management.
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development.
+ Perform needs analyses with current and prospective customers to understand customer needs, with supervision, negotiate terms on contracts.
+ Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives.
+ Interpret policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
+ Interact with internal customers, receive direction from leaders, and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of Business Lending Development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
+ Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
+ Strong customer relationship management skills
+ Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
+ 2 + years of experience in credit card or the financial services industry
+ Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members, and management.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
Job Expectations:
+ This position is not eligible for a visa sponsorship.
+ Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to a location listed in the posting.
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
+ Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
+ Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
