    Position is in a fast paced Manufactured Home dealership, and you will be responsible for all office management, finance documents, billing/invoicing, scheduling contractors and more. Necessary industry specific training will be provided.

     

    Business is Booming! Bi-lingual is a plus!

    Education and/or Experience

     

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Skills

    + Office Management experience preferred

    + Invoicing and Bookkeeping experience preferred

    + Spanish bilingual preferred

    + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

    + Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Ability to prioritize

    + Excellent organization

    + Strong Customer service skills
