Job Description
Saint Luke’s in Kansas City is seeking a Staff Scheduling Specialist to join our team.
**Shift Details:** Payroll Week- Sunday- Thursday, Non-payroll week Monday- Friday
Responsibilities: (insert 3-4 bullet points about the duties of the role)
+ Perform scheduling and timekeeping for areas across the Saint Lukes Health System including correspondence schedule coverage, changes for timekeeping maintenance and other miscellaneous activities as needed.
+ Ensures that staff schedules are balanced.
+ Performs audits of schedules to ensure hours shifts align with employment status.
+ Addresses timekeeping discrepancies within Kronos.
+ Creates, supports and maintains the data integrity of the Kronos scheduling and timekeeping application.
+ Serves as a resource to users of the system providing information, training and problem-solving services.
+ Additionally configures and runs scheduled and ad hoc informational and analytical reports for users of the system.
