The OTS Sr. L&D Program Manager will build and manage large-scale, innovative programs focused on upskilling, reskilling, and talent development. You will shape ideas into broader visions, securing stakeholder buy-in and executing seamlessly. Balancing speed with stakeholder communication, you will drive initiatives forward, spot new opportunities, and foster collaboration across Amazon. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will enhance learning experiences and work globally with business stakeholders to define solutions that support knowledge transfer and business goals. Using the Kirkpatrick Model, you will improve and execute L&D's training evaluations.
As a member of the OTS L&D team, you will have an opportunity to be a thought leader and collaborate with skilled professionals to craft top-tier learning solutions. This role requires advanced program and project management skills, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. You must be a novel thinker, possess a passion for learning and contribute to team and learner success.
You will promote OTS Learning & Development’s (L&D) offerings, delivery and processes by conceptualizing and developing future state learning operating models, implementing new tools and automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of managing end to end programs, partnering with global stakeholders, proposing impact measurement, keeping in mind continuous improvement.
Key job responsibilities
- Define training program strategies, metrics, monitor end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Engage and influence senior leaders and regional stakeholders to implement large-scale learning strategies across a matrixed organization.
- Identify and collaborate with cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholder groups to plan and scope out learning processes, programs and related technology needs.
- Identify, discuss, and bring forward issues or ideas to stakeholders to ensure programmatic success, while serving as hub for process changes and its effect to training and the learner.
- Lead and participate in complex programmatic efforts that span across Amazon Talent Acquisition.
- Manage LMS operations and maintenance, ensuring data and content quality and troubleshooting. Develop standardized LMS processes and governance procedures.
- Produce written reports to communicate and gain support for solutions, measurement and evaluation plans. Contribute to WBR, MBR/QBR and leadership related papers.
- Create mechanisms for adoption, inspection and measuring the success of training programs.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience administering and managing onboarding training programs, continuing education programs, or similar training and development projects/initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to make business recommendations and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with Outlook, MS Excel, Word, Wikis and Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, often with conflicting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Adult Education, Learning Design, Instructional Design or Learning Program Management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory and using measurement and data to drive learning interventions.
- Demonstrates Learn & Be Curious in the learning space, identifying ways to integrate AI utilization.
- Experience with conducting learning needs analysis to uncover skill gaps.
