• Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

    This Role:

    Will leverage the accounting and revenue recognition skills to help a successful organization scale, shorten collection times, and improve revenue reporting. This is an opportunity for a motivated professional to help improve upon and implement new, high functioning processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Generate and send monthly invoices to customers

    + Apply customer payments received

    + Utilize AR email inbox to respond to billing related customer inquiries to ensure timely collections

    + Manage all phases of revenue recognition in NetSuite including month-end close journal entries

    + Maintain and improve processes and reporting surrounding revenue and receivables

    + Leverage best practices and technologies from prior experiences to make recommendations to LogixHealth Finance leadership team

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + In depth experience applying ASC 606 revenue recognition standards

    + Ability to execute monthly revenue and receivables close duties such as journal entries and reconciliations

    + Ability to Interpret revenue implications from existing customer contracts

    + History of successfully managing customer collections and improving related receivables metrics

    + Degree in accounting

    + Advanced Excel Skills

    + Experience with ERP system

    + 2+ years invoicing and managing revenue cycle

    + 4+ years in accounting profession

    Preferred:

    + Graduate degree and/or CPA

    + Prior health care experience
