    Job Qualifications

    Valid New York State School District Administrator (SDA), School District Leader (SDL), or School Building Leader (SBL) Certification in Educational Administration. A valid Certificate of Internship would be considered. Candidates should possess strong instructional, interpersonal, organizational and managerial leadership skills; experience with and knowledge of differentiated instruction, instructional technology and elementary school-level pedagogy; ability to analyze data to inform instructional practice; experience with building collaborative teams; effective communication skills; ability to assist the school principal in overall administration of instructional program and building level operations. Candidates should also have knowledge of and experience of social emotional learning practices, diversity, equity and inclusion practices, and the developmental needs of children.
