    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Provide support to the sales team as a Technical Support Expert (SME).

    * Sales support may involve occasional travel to client site (10-20%) - minimal international travel may be required.

    * Development and integration of special processes and repair processes

    * Develop customized component repair solutions for clients and manufacture these products competitively

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    * 10+ years" experience, preferably in Aerospace

    * Aero/Land Turbine repair process knowledge

    * Shop experience in aircraft or power generation component repair facility

    * Special Process development experience

    * Turbine engine special process experience (braze, plasma spray or welding) gas turbine (will consider other gas turbine experience - siemens or GE Vernova)

    * Brazing, Plasma or Thermal Spray experience is highly preferred, however, candidates with extensive welding knowledge may be considered.

    * Experience working with SolidWorks (all the drawings are typically done by co-ops but this role may do final sign off on drawings.)

    * Engineering degree or equivalent or 10+ years of equivalent shop experience

    * Customer friendly, ability to listen and respond to customer needs (written and verbally)

    * Ability to manage multiple projects

    * Team oriented
