    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Collaborate with engineering, program management, and functional teams to meet organizational goals and Key Performance Indicators.

    * Lead product development efforts, ensuring technical and business alignment.

    * Define product roadmaps and support business development by proposing innovative solutions.

    * Prioritize customer needs and guide opportunity introduction and program direction.

    * Design high-performance RF products focusing on low loss, high linearity, EMI/EMC, and reliability.

    * Oversee product design through the lifecycle to meet cost, size, weight, power, and manufacturability goals.

    * Mentor junior engineers and support their technical development.

    * Develop performance validation and production test processes to ensure designs meet specifications.

    * Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure product success.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    * Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)

    * BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 7-10 years of experience, or MSEE (Master of Science in Electrical Engineering) with 5-8 years of experience.

    * Experience with AWR Microwave Office or similar tools is highly preferred.

    * Familiarity with military standards and electro-mechanical designs is highly desirable.

    * Expertise in RF system integration and testing at circuit, module, and system levels.

    * Proficiency in AWR Microwave Office or similar RF simulation tools.

    * Strong project leadership experience, with the ability to influence key decisions.

    * Experience with military standards and specifications is highly desirable.

    * Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, particularly with customers.

    * Ability to work cross-functionally in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
