Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking a **Benefits Specialist in Maryland Heights, MO or San Diego, CA or Swansea, IL.** The successful candidate will be the sole Benefits Specialist for an organization of close to 500 employees with multi-state domestic and international employees. This person will be responsible for not only the day-to-day administration of the programs but will also make recommendations around new benefit opportunities to consider.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Administers benefit programs

+ Provides employee support on benefit and leave related issues

+ Maintains knowledge of compliance initiatives, trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in benefits including both domestic and international

+ Makes recommendations on designing and implementation of benefit plans

+ Manages benefit costs

+ Communicates benefits information to leadership and employees

+ Works with insurance providers and vendors to resolve employee issues

+ Analyzes and reports on benefits data.

+ Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws including 3+ years of experience with benefits design and administration for a company of at least 200 employees in multiple states

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Proficiency with Workday and ADP Workforce Now

+ Advanced proficiency with Excel

+ International benefits administration

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary base pay range $68,000 - $84,000
