    The Boeing Company is looking for a **Mid-Level** **Security &** **Fire Protection Multi Operations Specialist** to join the team in **San Antonio, TX.**

     

    The ideal candidate will be able to work within a complex and fast paced environment providing technical support for Fire Protection Systems. This individual must have strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Performs duties as the Business Resilience, Emergency Management, and Threat Management Focal for the site

    + Performs research related to potential threats and develops detailed emergency response plans

    + Stays current on company policies and processes, local laws and regulations as they relate to emergency preparedness procedures

    + Collaborates with external agencies in developing response plans to an emergency

    + Creates detailed after-action reports and negotiates with internal/external support personnel

    + Works with various organizations to assist in the development and update of their business resilience plans

    + Produces outlines, subject matter, conducts research, uses office applications for the training purposes and identifies key equipment necessary to deliver training

    + Delivers training in accordance with customer requirements. Performs risk assessments based on trend analysis

    + Assists in management of training programs

    + Oversees the design, development and implementation of risk management programs, processes and procedures for the protection of company people, property, information and interests

    + Guides the development of risk management policies and strategic, tactical and operational planning activities for risk management program sustainability

    + Consults with customers and company and external organizations to recommend and propose new or alternative solutions, improvements, and enhancements

    + Investigates, analyzes, and resolves complex questions and problems

    + Provides guidance and training to less experienced personnel

    + Uses advanced skills in threat management. Respond to treat management incidents and conduct investigations

    + Coordinates with various organizations in addressing incidents

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + 3+ years of experience with NFPA fire protective standards and implementation

    + 3+ years of experience reviewing and approving invoices

    + 3+ years of experience working in security, fire protection, and/or emergency preparedness

    + 3+ years of experience with contract management

    + 3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives

    + 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

    + Experience with auditing

    + Experience with Security & Fire Protection Operations policies and procedures

    + Experience verifying and processing invoices

    + Experience conducting Service Level Assessment (SLA) reviews with service contractors; mutually addressing service delivery issues, lessons learned, and best practices

    + Experience with presentation skills for multiple audiences, including executive leadership

    + Written and verbal communication expertise for interaction in a dynamic executive environment

    Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950
