**Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a **Procurement Agent (Mid-Level or Senior)** (Level 3 or 4) to join our dynamic team based out of **Joint Base** **Andrews, MD** supporting the **C32 & C40** supply chain team.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.

+ Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.

+ Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.

+ Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.

+ Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.

+ Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.

+ Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

**This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.** An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 3+ years of experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager

+ 1 year of experience negotiating commercial, FAR/DFARS or legal terms and conditions in a contract

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher

+ Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools

+ Experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes

+ Experience with FAR / DFAR contracting

This position is for 1st shift.

Relocation:

Up to 10% travel may be required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 3 $79,900 – $98,700

Level 4 $102,000 – $126,000
