    Job Responsibilities

    + Manage and develop Hospitality Managers and Golf Services staff, including training and scheduling.

    + Oversee reservations and guest inquiries.

    + Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the venue.

    + Maintain retail inventory and drive promotions.

    + Monitor and maintain golf club quality and inventory.

    + Resolve guest concerns and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

    + Leverage business metrics and trends to drive performance and to maximize profit and revenue.

    Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

    + 5+ years of restaurant, hotel or golf course management experience with at least 1 recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager with a restaurant, hotel, or golf environment

    + Strong leadership and team management skills.

    + Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

    + Basic computer skills for check in & reservation system.

    + Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
