This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the HR function of an organization at the forefront of technology and innovation.
The HR Director will oversee the HR department and partner closely with the leadership team to align human capital strategy with organizational goals. As the key driver of culture and employee engagement, the HR Director will play a critical role in workforce planning, talent management, compliance, and ensuring the company's human capital is equipped to meet the challenges of a fast-evolving tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop, implement, and communicate HR strategies aligning with business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team.
+ Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles. Design programs for learning, development, and leadership training to address team skill gaps
+ Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion through initiatives and programs that enhance the employee experience.
+ Drive adoption and optimization of cloud-based HR platforms and tools to improve processes and metrics
+ Ensure the organization remains compliant with labor laws, industry regulations, and workplace standards.
+ Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address skills gaps, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration
+ Oversee competitive compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent, including salary benchmarking, benefits programs, and organizational budget alignment.
Requirements
+ 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership role. Prior experience in a tech-focused environment is preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) are a plus.
+ Proficiency in HR platforms (such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP) and data-driven HR practices. Knowledge of emerging technologies that impact the workforce.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, and a growth mindset to lead in a tech-driven workplace.
