Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Clayton, Missouri. This role primarily revolves around the legal industry, specifically in the Trusts & Estates Department, where you will be involved in estate planning, tax return preparation, probate matters, and trust administration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and execution of estate planning documents

• Manage case files using case management software

• Coordinate with clients to resolve their inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

• Maintain detailed records of all legal proceedings and client interactions

• Handle the preparation and filing of gift and estate tax returns

• Administer trusts and manage probate matters effectively

• Use briefing skills to present complex legal matters in a clear manner

• Maintain a high degree of expertise in estate law and planning

• Use Document Management skills to keep all legal documents organized

• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and keep updated with changes in estate law. Requirements • Must hold a professional degree in Law (JD, LLB, or equivalent)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law

• Proficiency in Case Management Software and Document Management

• Proven skills in Briefing, Civil Litigation, and Complaint Handling

• Must be a Licensed Attorney

• Experience in Estate Law, Estate Planning, Estate Tax, Trusts, and Estates

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines

• High level of professional ethics and integrity

• Willingness to keep up with changes in the law and adapt to new situations and challenges.
