Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney specializing in family law and domestic relations litigation to join our team in Reston, Virginia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of legal cases, represent clients in court, and provide expert legal counsel. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law and domestic relations matters during court proceedings and negotiations.

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to build strong case strategies.

• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.

• Maintain clear and precise communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

• Stay informed on updates to state laws, court procedures, and legal trends.

• Manage multiple cases efficiently, ensuring deadlines and case requirements are met.

• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to clients' needs.

• Actively participate in relevant organizations and legal associations to represent the firm.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced attorneys and team members when necessary. Requirements • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the state bar of Virginia.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for family law expertise.

• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and analytical reasoning.

• Exceptional oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.

• Discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive and confidential information.
