What You’ll Do:

+ Process accounting records with precision, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.

+ Manage vendor invoices and credits, ensuring they are properly classified within accounting software.

+ Facilitate outgoing payments with accuracy and timeliness.

+ Maintain and update key vendor data in accounting systems.

+ Prepare internal records for audits and assist with financial reporting requirements.

+ Dive into the fast-paced month-end close process, meeting crucial deadlines.

+ Be a trusted partner to the Controller, embracing additional tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) or a related field.

+ At least 3+ years of professional accounting experience.

+ Proficiency in general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.

+ Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

+ Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting/ERP platforms.

+ A positive, team-oriented attitude and a collaborative mindset.
