Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Doral, Florida. In this role, you will handle essential billing operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate with a strong interest in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process invoices using accounting software systems.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate billing records.

• Reconcile accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.

• Utilize Excel tools, such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, to analyze and manage financial data.

• Respond to inbound calls and address customer billing inquiries promptly.

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in generating financial reports and summaries as needed.

• Resolve discrepancies in billing or payment records efficiently. Requirements

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and computerized billing processes.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication skills for handling inquiries and resolving issues.

• Ability to work effectively in an office environment and meet deadlines.

• Background in finance or a related field is preferred.

• Entry-level candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
