Job Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will oversee mortgage loan applications from submission through completion to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time processing. Your key responsibilities will include:

+ Reviewing and verifying borrower documents, including income, credit, assets, employment, and other details.

+ Communicating directly with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties to gather information and provide updates.

+ Maintaining organized and accurate documentation throughout the loan process.

+ Ordering appraisals, title work, and collaborating with underwriting to ensure smooth processing.

+ Ensuring loan files meet compliance requirements with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring:

+ 3+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing.

+ Strong familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan products.

+ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

+ A solution-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
