Our client, an innovative and collaborative organization, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient administrative operations and delivering exceptional service to parents and staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide a welcoming presence as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students at the front desk.

    + Manage incoming calls, email communications, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.

    + Coordinate front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail while maintaining a polished public-facing demeanor.

    + Assist with scheduling meetings, classrooms, and events; manage calendars as needed.

    + Support administrative functions including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

    + Address daily needs of the office by maintaining organization of front office areas and supplies.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in the educational field.

    + Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.

    + Personality: High-energy and friendly demeanor with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

    + Organization: Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

    + Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or customer service is a plus.

    Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
