    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, organizing, and maintaining data while ensuring the highest standards of quality.     Responsibilities:

    • Accurately enter and update data into designated systems or spreadsheets.

    • Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure easy accessibility.

    • Perform calculations and verify the accuracy of entered data.

    • Utilize scanning equipment to digitize documents as needed.

    • Communicate effectively via email to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information.

    • Create and format documents using Microsoft Word.

    • Develop and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to track data.

    • Demonstrate strong typing skills to ensure quick and precise data entry.

    • Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines.

    • Apply 10-key skills to efficiently manage numeric data. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a related role.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

    • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

    • Familiarity with scanning equipment and document digitization processes.

    • Effective communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.

    • Ability to perform calculations and manage numeric data using 10-key skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
