    Description

If you’re driven by process improvement and have strong technical accounting skills, this position could be a great match for you!

    Responsibilities:

    + Preparing journal entries, monthly account reconciliations, and ensuring timely month-end close.

    + Managing inventory accounting and collaborating with operations on accurate costing.

    + Assisting in implementing more efficient accounting systems and processes for the organization.

    + Running complex financial analyses for leadership to influence strategic decisions.

    + Preparing reports for cost accounting, variance analysis, and operational assessments.

    + Supporting tax preparation, compliance efforts, and financial audits.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. CPA preferred but not required.

    + 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries.

    + Knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting concepts.

    + Solid experience with ERP systems like QuickBooks Enterprise, Oracle, or similar platforms.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating across departments.
