Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Rancho Cordova, California. In this long-term contract role, you will serve as a key financial advisor, providing advanced analytical insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making and long-term planning within the healthcare sector. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leaders across various departments and deliver impactful solutions that drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a primary financial partner, delivering in-depth analysis and strategic recommendations to support business objectives.
• Lead financial forecasting, planning, and data-driven decision-making processes to guide departments toward achieving financial goals.
• Conduct detailed analyses of financial and statistical data to identify trends and recommend actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, finance teams, and strategy departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
• Develop and evaluate financial models, including Pro Formas and cash flow analyses, to support mergers, acquisitions, and other business initiatives.
• Oversee due diligence, document preparation, and presentations related to the mergers and acquisitions process.
• Utilize advanced data mining techniques and analytical tools to extract and interpret complex financial information.
• Drive process improvement by identifying best practices and streamlining methodologies for efficient execution.
• Provide leadership on high-profile projects, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in budgeting, with 5+ years in finance, strategy, or healthcare preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze complex financial data.
• Familiarity with legal and fiscal regulations relevant to the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop financial models and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Knowledge of business systems, CRM tools, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including integration and financial analysis.
