Description We are looking for a highly analytical Revenue Analyst to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This position involves managing revenue postings, performing detailed reconciliations, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data within the general ledger. The ideal candidate will bring advanced Excel skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in financial reconciliation or revenue analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Post revenue transactions and prepare journal entries for cash management and revenue adjustments.

• Review commission statements across various insurance plan types and policy durations to ensure accurate general ledger postings.

• Conduct detailed reconciliations by carrier and general ledger account to maintain accuracy.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables and formulas, to analyze and consolidate financial data.

• Resolve complex discrepancies in revenue postings and contribute to improving reconciliation processes.

• Upload journal entries and reconciled data into the enterprise resource planning system to ensure compliance.

• Support special financial projects and process enhancements as directed by management.

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records in compliance with reporting standards. Requirements • Proven experience in revenue analysis, financial reconciliation, or a similar role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with general ledger management and carrier reconciliations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience with Oracle or similar enterprise resource planning systems is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
