Description We are looking for a dedicated Safety Administrator to join our manufacturing team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is essential in maintaining workplace safety standards, overseeing training programs, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain detailed records of safety training, certifications, and compliance documentation.

• Compile and analyze safety metrics, preparing comprehensive reports for management.

• Schedule and coordinate safety meetings, employee training sessions, and certification renewals.

• Document workplace incidents, near misses, and corrective actions, ensuring proper follow-up.

• Create, upload, and manage training materials within the company’s training program software.

• Monitor employee participation in safety programs and identify areas requiring additional training.

• Assist in maintaining OSHA compliance, including managing the OSHA 300 log and preparing audit-ready reports.

• Organize and facilitate mock emergency drills, documenting outcomes for evaluation and improvement.

• Conduct routine safety inspections and monitor emergency response equipment, ensuring functionality.

• Act as a liaison between employees and management to address safety concerns and promote hazard awareness. Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workplace safety, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and OSHA regulations is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn training management systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Comfortable working in both office settings and on manufacturing floors with varying conditions.

• Ability to conduct prolonged inspection walks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
