Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Irving, Texas. This position offers an excellent opportunity to manage financial transactions and support the organization’s accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and demonstrate proficiency in handling various financial tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily sales orders and ensure their accurate and timely handling.

• Convert sales orders into invoices and distribute them to appropriate recipients.

• Manage purchase orders, including their execution and proper documentation.

• Oversee customer receivables and payables to ensure accounts are up-to-date.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle light tax-related duties, including compliance with state sales tax procedures.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for managing and organizing financial data.

• Prepare and process payroll in accordance with company guidelines.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks.

• Assist with month-end closing activities to ensure financial accuracy. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.

• Strong skills in account reconciliation and handling accounts payable/receivable.

• Proficiency in performing bank reconciliations and managing payroll.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial tasks.

• Ability to handle month-end close processes with accuracy.

• Knowledge of state sales tax compliance and related procedures.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective data entry capabilities to ensure accuracy in financial records.
