Description

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless coordination within our team in Redmond, Washington. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a productive and welcoming office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors and callers, creating a positive and friendly first impression.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely sorting and preparation of packages.

• Schedule and coordinate projects using relevant tools and systems.

• Maintain accurate and organized records to support office operations.

• Oversee office management tasks, including organization and project coordination.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Provide leadership and communicate effectively to support team collaboration.

• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to meet operational needs.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Dayforce for payroll and benefits management.

• Familiarity with applicable employment laws and compliance standards.

• Strong experience in employee relations and communication.

• Knowledge of FMLA and other benefit functions.

• Background in accounting functions and financial services.

• Experience with ATS systems and other office-related technologies.

• Previous experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage office operations efficiently.
