Description
We are looking for a skilled part-time HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the right talent is identified, screened, and onboarded effectively. This opportunity is fifteen hours a week, fully remote, offering flexibility while contributing to a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
• Conduct intake calls to gather hiring needs and ensure alignment with team requirements.
• Collaborate with external staffing agencies to support talent acquisition efforts.
• Oversee the job requisition and approval process to ensure timely and accurate postings.
• Perform HR screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Administer background checks and ensure compliance with hiring standards.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize tools such as SAP to streamline recruitment administration tasks and documentation.
• Provide administrative support related to HR and recruitment activities.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven expertise in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience conducting intake interviews and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Familiarity with job requisition processes and approval workflows.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in HR tools such as SAP or similar systems.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus. TalentMatch®
