Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract with potential for a permanent position. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including bookkeeping, payroll processing, and the preparation of financial reports. Based in Sarasota, Florida, this position also involves managing office operations to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Oversee office operations, including supply management and administrative support tasks.

• Generate financial reports and analyses to provide insights for business decision-making.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.

• Address financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions when needed.

• Collaborate with management to support business development and operational efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar financial management role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial processes.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP is highly preferred.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle office and financial responsibilities.

• Degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
