    As an Executive Assistant (EA), you play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operations and efficiency of senior management at Robert Half. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, acting as a gatekeeper, coordinator, and problem-solver. Your responsibilities will be vital to empowering leadership to focus on strategic priorities by managing a wide array of logistical and operational tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    Administrative Support

     

    + Manage the executive's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and events while balancing competing priorities (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx - EA).

    + Organize and prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring executives have all the necessary information to make informed decisions (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx - EA).

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between senior management and stakeholders (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx - EA).

    + Monitor email correspondence, flagging critical messages and drafting replies as directed by the executive (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx - EA).

     

    Project Coordination

     

    + Assist in the coordination of cross-functional projects, working closely with teams to ensure deliverables align with the executive's strategic objectives (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx - EPI).

    + Ensure project deadlines are met and support project tracking by preparing milestone updates and progress reports.

     

    Travel and Event Management

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

     

    + A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.

    + 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, supporting high-level management.

    + Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey messages professionally and succinctly.

    + Technological Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software.

    Preferred Qualifications
