    We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and account reconciliations, while building a strong foundation for your career in finance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices with accurate coding and timely payments Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries Assist with month-end AP accruals Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate and send customer invoices Apply incoming payments and follow up on past-due accounts Support the collections process as needed Account Reconciliations: Prepare monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger account reconciliations Investigate and resolve discrepancies Contribute to month-end and year-end close activities General Accounting Support: Assist with journal entries and general ledger transactions Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support audits and special projects as needed Ready to grow with us? Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Internship or 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a bonus Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
